chicken bonless : 500 gm
Mashrooms : 1 bowl ( cut into thin slices )
Onion : 2 medium finelly chopped
Ginger paste : half tea spoon
Garlic paste : half tea spoon.
Yougrt : half cup (thick Greek Yougrt )
Coconut milk : half tin
black pepper ground : half tea spoon
Salt : according to taste
Crushed red chilles :half tea spoon
Red chilli powder : half tea spoon
Turmeric : pinch
Green chilles : for garnish
In a pan add little bit of oil add chicken cubes in it fry until chicken colour will turns golden. add pinch of salt and black pepper cook for a min then take it out in a bowl. After that Heat the pan again and add little amount of oil add finelly chopped onions in it sauté until onions becomes soft (don’t over cook just transparent colour of onions ) add ginger garlic paste in it sauté well then add Mashrooms in it mix well add pinch of salt, black pepper, crushed red chilles, chilli powder, Turmeric powder mix well then add chicken in it add Yougrt too mix again and covered it. Cook 5 mins in a very low flame. After 5 mins add coconut milk in a gravy mix well again. Cook few minutes this gravy on a high flame until it becomes thick and nice . After dish out the dish sprinkle green chilles on top .
