Khoya kheer (firni )

Ingredients :

Milk : 2 kg
Rice : 1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk : 1 litre
Khoya : 4 table spoon
Green cardamon : 4 to 5 or (powder )
Kewra water : 2 droops
Almonds : finely chopped
Pistachios : finely chopped

Preparation :

Wash and soak the rice for atleast 2 to 3 hours. After that in a blender put soaked rice and bit of water blend it and make a nice paste .keep it on a side. And In other side Heat milk in a large heavy bottom pan. When milk start boiling add cardamom powder in it mix rice paste also and keep stirring on low flame. Stirring continues to avoid sticking of rice in the bottom of the pan. Cook until rice are full done and mixture becomes thick. In that point add sweetened condensed milk. I used rainbow sweetens condensed milk you can use it whatever available in the market like nestle condensed milk. mix well give it 2 to 3 minutes then add khoya in it give it a good mix in this point keep stirring continues. Add some almonds in mixture. Mix nicely turn off the flame and add 2 drops Kewra water. Take it out in a serving dish  Sprinkle some almonds and pistachios on the top. Quick and very easy khoya firni is ready to eat.

Note: Do not use Kewra water more two drops. if you use it more it will spoil the taste of khoya dirni. Also kewra water spoil any kind of sweet dish if u add more you need.
